Week #2 Restoring the Lining of the GI Tract

Restoring the lining of the GI Tract requires patience and attention to detail. You must first identify foods and or cosmetics that you may be showing signs of sensitivity.

These sensitivities can take up to 4 days to show up some times in the form of upset stomach, constipation, diarrhea, headache, itching, hives, gas, bloating, etc.

These foods and substances must be removed from the diet or skin. Ideally the gut can be healed in as little as 2 weeks. However, this process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years. Hence the need for patience and attention.

Foods and Nutrients that are helpful:

- glutamine rich bone broth

- colostrum

- vitamin A

- glutamine

- collagen

- gelatin

Be sure to check out the Bone Broth and Bone Broth Based recipes under our Recipes Tab.
