ASSESSMENT

We start by conducting a comprehensive assessment using the following:

  • Blood Test - Annual Labs:

  • Non-Blood Test Done at Home

    • ZRT -Hormone/Weight Loss Lab Test - to review cortisol curves, adrenal, thyroid, and sex hormone status along with key metabolic indicators for long-term glucose control and insulin resistance

    • GI MAP Stool Test - to assess gut health, inflammation, and immune health
